Diagnostic Visit
Diagnosis of equipment problems and visible equipment leaks. Leak detection and heater or heat pump diagnostics are separate services.
$75 credited toward the larger solution, if needed.
If we cannot find a solution, we’ll refund your $150 diagnostic fee.
Standard visits: Monday–Friday. Rush: by the end of the second calendar day after payment, including weekends. Pay Sunday → visit by the end of Tuesday. Dates use Eastern Time.
We’ll confirm your service day and call that morning with an arrival time. Repair work is quoted separately.

What does a diagnostic visit cost?
A standard Diagnostic Visit is $150 for diagnosis of your reported pool issue and a written repair estimate. $75 is credited toward the larger solution, if needed. If we cannot find a solution, we’ll refund the $150 diagnostic fee.
What do heater and heat pump diagnostics cost?
Heater and heat pump diagnostics are $275. You receive a $75 credit if it is a repair, or a $275 credit if a new heater is needed. Choose the heater diagnostic in the booking options above.
When will my diagnostic visit take place?
Within 3 business days of payment, unless you request a later date. Business days are Monday–Friday. We’ll confirm your service day and call that morning with an arrival time.
Can I request an earlier visit or a specific date?
Yes. 2-day rush adds $125 for a visit by the end of the second calendar day after payment, including weekends. Pay on Sunday and we’ll visit by the end of Tuesday. Dates follow Tampa time. You can request a preferred date when booking; we’ll confirm availability. Free ASAP standby is also available for earlier openings when the pool and equipment are accessible and we may visit without you home. We’ll call about 30 minutes before arrival.
Does the diagnostic price include the repair?
The diagnostic identifies the reported problem. Repair or replacement work is quoted separately. We’ll explain the findings and estimate before you decide whether to proceed.
